Ghost Festival (Spirit Festival)

According to the lunar calendar, The Ghost Festival will coincide on the 15th day of the 7th lunar month of the Chinese calendar. The Ghost Festival is an important day for the Chinese children to express their gratitude to their ancestors by the ceremony and still regarded as the month when the gates of hell are open for all spirits to receive merit the next day and make exceptions to prohibit the stay.

In addition to the traditional Ghost Festival tradition, the descendants will express their gratitude to the ancestors who have passed away. It is also a tradition to have a strategy to encourage everyone in the family to do activities together and happily encounter.
