WHAT IS SSF? (SUPER SAVING FUND)

FUNDS THAT CAN BE USED TO REDUCE TAXES IN 2020

SSF is a new fund set up to encourage people to have more long-term savings. Which can choose to invest in all types of securities. This is different from LTFs that focus on investing in Thai stocks, especially the SSF. There is no minimum amount required to buy investment units or no continuous buying conditions. We can buy SSF to The deduction of income tax does not exceed 30% of the assessable income, but not more than 200,000 baht and when combined with other retirement savings funds (RMF funds, provident funds, government pension funds, Private school law, National Savings Fund, or pension insurance premiums) must not exceed 500,000 baht and must be held for 10 years from the date of purchase so they can redeem the investment units without losing rights tax benefits Currently, the tax benefit of the SSF is set to

be 5 years (2020 – 2024), after which the Ministry of Finance will evaluate and review the measures to determine the appropriate guidelines.
